Nashville Public TV’s first documentary in the NPT Reports series serves as an overview of the state of Tennessee’s childrens health. This documentary looks at Tennessee’s high infant mortality and childhood obesity rates, as well as the barriers teens face receiving care for emerging mental health problems. The documentary concludes with a profile of one Nashville H.S. principal that is combatting poor attendance rates by opening a health care clinic for the community in his school. The documentary is hosted by Kimberly Williams Paisley.
