Sari McConnell

Sari is the founder of Donor Boom, a strategic fundraising consulting firm for nonprofits. Her career spans both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, including roles at Hallmark Cards, Clorox, LeapFrog, and co-founding Conformer Products before shifting her focus to mission-driven work. She has led two nonprofit organizations to significant growth and currently serves on the Board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Golden Gate chapter. Sari holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She is the 2023 recipient of the H. Jay Burns Award for exceptional volunteer service in her public school district. She and her family have been delivering diapers to their local homeless shelter for over a decade.
